Mediterranean Dip

This is a delicious, and healthier alternative to the classic 7 layer bean dip.  Pair this with crackers, crostini, or veggies of your choice!

Ingredients:

1 container of hummus (flavor of your choice, I used plain)
1/4 cup chopped olives 
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 small cucumber, diced
1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
2 tbsp diced roasted garlic
2-3 tbsp feta cheese

Let's Cook!

*Note: Many of these ingredients can be picked up already roasted at the olive bar at your local grocer!

1. Use a shallow serving dish and spread hummus along bottom.

2.  Sprinkle diced cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, red peppers, and garlic over top.  Sprinkle feta cheese after all other ingredients have been added.

3.  Serve with your favorite crackers, crostini, or an assortment of veggies.

4. Quick, easy, and delicious! Enjoy!
